ClankerStatus (“we”, “us”) aggregates public status signals for frontier LLM providers. This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect as little as possible: the public status dashboard works with no account and no cookies.

What we collect

Account data — if you sign up, your email address and authentication metadata, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
Community reports — if you submit a status report, the component you reported, the status you claimed, and a per-hour vote ledger entry tied to your account (to prevent brigading). Reports are aggregated; we do not publish who reported what.
Billing data — if you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store full card numbers; we store only the subscription/entitlement status needed to grant Pro features.
Abuse-prevention signals — request metadata such as IP address is used transiently to rate-limit and protect endpoints. We do not build advertising profiles.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
The anonymous dashboard does not set cookies or require sign-in.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of providers to operate the service:

Supabase — database, authentication, realtime.
Cloudflare — hosting, edge delivery, and (optionally) bot protection (Turnstile) on report submission.
Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
OpenRouter — public model-catalog data used to list frontier models. No personal data is sent.

Data retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations. Status observations are public, append-only history. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see below).

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
