By using ClankerStatus you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ClankerStatus aggregates multiple public status sources into a confidence-weighted health score for frontier LLM providers. It is informational only. Scores are estimates derived from third-party signals and our own measurements; they are not an authoritative statement of any provider’s availability, and we are not affiliated with the providers we track.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We surface staleness and confidence so you can judge the data, but we do not guarantee it is correct or current.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its data sources.
- Do not submit false community reports or attempt to manipulate scores (brigading). Reports are trust-weighted and abuse may result in account suspension.
- Do not scrape or redistribute provider trademarks or content in violation of their terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Pro subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClankerStatus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the information it provides.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
